2021 Idaho Dude Ranch May 25-29
This beautiful ranch is located just outside the historic town of Sandpoint and Lake Pond Oreille where you will see stunning views and breathe fresh mountain air as you revel in nature and the spirit of the west. Each morning, grab a cup of coffee or tea and begin your day by watching the ranch hands herd 60 horses from the lower pasture into their corral ... and watch for Bobbin, the precocious filly born during our 2019 retreat!
Scrumptious farm-to-table meals are locally grown and professionally prepared, then served buffet style by the staff and ranch hands who welcome you with open hearts and arms.
A few weeks prior to our ranch adventure, we will have a planning meeting with all lucky participating quilters to talk about travel plans and all the details.
NOTE: you must be able to climb stairs or walk from your cabin to the lodge. Elevators are not available at this location.

Instructor Bio:
Linda has been sewing and quilting nearly her entire life. Linda first learned to sew in 4-H as a young girl in Park City, Montana, and the seed of her love of sewing was planted. That love grew throughout high school and into college, as Linda graduated from Montana State University with a degree in home economics. Her career as a high school teacher was sandwiched around motherhood before retiring in 2006. Despite retiring from school teaching, Linda continues teaching quilting and sewing, as she owns and operates A Stitch Off Seventh Sewing Studio in Bozeman, Montana, an exciting place where quilters gather to sew, quilt and ?sewcialize.? Linda?s quilting isn?t confined to the studio, as she tries to keep her long arm quilting machine busy at her home, which also shelters several of her quilting-based collections including yards and yards of fabric, chunks and scraps. Linda is a wife, mother and grandmother, always making and sharing quilts with family and friends.
